Ingredients
3tbspbesanbrown chickpea flour
1/4tspturmeric powder
2-3tbspgheeat room temperature
3tbspsugar
3cupsmilk
1/2tspblack pepper powdercoarsely ground
Instructions
Set a woke on low heat and add ghee.
Once the ghee has melted, add besan.
Continuously stir the besan so that it doesn't burn. Cook until the besan turn reddish.
Mix in the turmeric powder and cook for 2-3 seconds.
Add 1/2 cup of milk and mix in well. At this point, you want to make sure to stir so that the besan does not form any solids.
Add the rest of milk and sugar and turn the heat to high. Keep stiring and bring the milk to boil.
Turn the heat off and garnish with black pepper powder
